Welcoming its first residents in November 2024, Monte View at Pohatcong is located just off Interstate 78 less than a mile from the New Jersey and Pennsylvania border in western Warren County. The community consists of three multi-story garden-style buildings and one four-story elevatored building featuring one- and two-bedroom apartments, plus a ground-level clubhouse. Once completed, residents will enjoy a resort-style amenity package comprising a heated outdoor pool, dog run, tot lot, fitness center, co-working center, game room, and more.
As we approach the completion of construction at Monte View at Pohatcong, this milestone reflects the tremendous work by our leasing and marketing teams over the last several months.
