The Property Manager is very helpful with ALL concerns. The building is beautiful both inside and out. The amenities make me feel like I’m at a resort. My apartment is loaded with storage, I love the openness of the layout, and my view is spectacular!
From start to finish I have been thrilled. The Property Manager has time for any questions I have and walked us through the application process. She is passionate about her job and I've seen her on the phone, talking to maintenance and fielding residents' inquiries in her office with ease and aplomb. The grounds are meticulously landscaped and walking my dog through them is a pleasure for both of us. The clubhouse and gym are amazing! I feel like I'm on vacation in my own apartment!
Our process was quite simple thanks to our Property Manager. She made the transition so easy she’s always ready to offer assistance if any issues arise. The amenities are a plus, I did get to enjoy the clubhouse on the days I work from home. Love it there so far can’t wait to continue calling Monte View home!
