Larry Gardner founded Larken Associates in 1965. Prior to creating the company, Mr. Gardner worked on Wall Street. He graduated from City College of New York. Mr. Gardner, as Chairman of the company today, primarily focuses on strategic direction in consultation with his son David.


President/Chief Executive Officer

David Gardner joined Larken Associates in 1985 and runs the day to day operations of the company. Mr. Gardner oversees all aspects of the company’s activities, including acquisitions and dispositions, portfolio and asset management, fundraising and placement, business planning and development as well as overall profitability.


Chief Financial Officer

David Iacobucci joined Larken Associates in 2022 and has more than 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. David oversees all aspects of the company’s financial activities including all reporting, tax matters, cash management and risk management.


Chief Operating Officer

Lenny Tartamella joined Larken Associates in 1996 and holds over 30 years of construction and development experience. He manages Core Enterprises, the construction and real estate services division of the company. As Chief Operating Officer, he plays a pivotal role in the company’s strategic planning objectives and the oversight of all property and asset management in Larken’s multi-state portfolio.


Executive Vice President of Raider Realty

Robert Marek joined the Larken Associates team in February of 1987 and has taken on the role of Executive Vice President of Raider Realty, the commercial real estate brokerage division of the company. Robert’s exceptional skill set and experience are invaluable tools used to manage the company’s commercial portfolio.


Executive Vice President of Raider Realty

Victor Kelly joined the Larken Associates team in 1987 and is the Executive Vice President of the commercial division, primarily responsible for leasing and expanding the company’s portfolio. Victor interacts with the brokerage community, executives, owners and managers of companies ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 corporations.


Executive Vice President of Marketing

Melissa Nascimento joined Larken Associates in 2002 and has been the driving force behind the brand’s identity. Her areas of expertise involve creative brand strategies, budget creation and management and development of customer relations. She provides creative and strategic leadership to an in-house team specializing in digital marketing, print design, public relations and social media.


Executive Vice President of Asset Management

David Eickmeyer joined Larken Associates in 2017 and brings over 20 years of experience in various areas of commercial real estate to the leadership team. David directly oversees Larken’s growing commercial portfolio of retail, office and industrial properties while playing a strategic role in multiple other areas of the company. As a results-oriented leader, David’s responsibilities include maximizing returns on all company investments and optimizing areas of departmental efficiencies.


Director of Residential Asset Management

Jessica Heckman joined Larken Associates in 2008 and was named Director of Residential Asset Management in 2018. Jessica plays an instrumental role in the success of Larken Associates’ growing Larken Living multifamily real estate portfolio and has received her CPM designation. She oversees the onboarding of new properties, property management, ongoing maintenance and capital improvement programs.
