Being faced with moving half way across the country during the pandemic was not ideal, not to mention going from a home to an apartment made it even more of a challenge. From the beginning, the people at Larken were helpful in making us feel welcome. From the leasing office to the maintenance crew, they were patient with our questions and concerns. They made the transition much easier. And to help even more, the residents of Horizons have become our family away from home. The people really make this place a home.
I am living here just 5 months and am very pleased and happy. I have always lived in a house so adjusting to apartment living was scary but the people here are friendly and supportive. Maintenance is great. The building is kept clean and always smells clean. The leasing agents are wonderful, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and supportive. Also another positive is it’s pet friendly. My dog adjusted nicely too. Residents also get together and socialize and have activities. Certainly deserves 5 stars.
My wife and I feel that the maintenance team including the building cleaning team is fantastic. From the time our work order is submitted the response time is excellent within a day. They are very courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and concerned that everything was completed to our satisfaction.
Absolutely love living at Horizons Autumn Ridge 55+. The residents are great and the staff (cleaning, maintenance and office) is wonderful and very helpful. Our office manager is one in a million. She manages the property with utmost experience and consideration for all us residents. I personally would rate her and the property with 5+ stars.
