At Larken Associates, we understand that pets are part of our everyday lives and our families. As a result, we provide various pet-friendly rentals in all of our residential communities to accommodate our renters. While we welcome pets with open arms, our pet policy varies by community and we have placed restrictions on weight (65 lbs. and up) as well as the following breeds to ensure the safety of our residents:
