Nascimento named Marketing Executive of the Year for the third time in four years

The six design awards reflect the leadership of Jillian Dorell, who has served as Larken Associates’ Director of Design since 2023. Melissa Nascimento Earns Marketing Executive of the Year Honors Again
Larken Associates' Executive Vice President of Marketing, Melissa Nascimento, was also named the 2026 Marketing Executive of the Year, marking the third time she has earned the Metro BCA's top marketing honor in four years, with previous wins in 2023 and 2024. The recognition adds to a growing list of accolades for Nascimento, who took home Leasing Marketing Director of the Year at the New Jersey Builders Association's 2024 and 2025 Sales and Marketing (SAM) Awards, and was named to GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum’s 2026 Women of Influence list earlier this year.
