Phase II Leasing Underway as New Residents Move In
Phase II began welcoming residents August 15th, and 26 of its first 75 available apartments are leased. With leasing now underway across both phases, the 420-unit community is approximately 25% leased overall.
Mixed-Use Development Advances with Upcoming Residential Openings
Residential occupancy is scheduled to begin October 15th in Trailside Village’s first mixed-use building. The milestone will further advance Larken Associates’ vision for a walkable community that brings residential, retail, office and medical uses space together in one location. An additional Phase II garden apartment building is scheduled to welcome residents beginning December 7th.

The 22-building community features one- and two-bedroom garage and garden apartments designed for a modern, comfortable lifestyle.
