Larken Associates Wins Three Sales and Marketing Awards at 37th Annual Atlantic Builders Convention for Best-In-Class Real Estate Marketing
Larken Associates, a regional leader in real estate building, development and management, earned three Sales and Marketing (SAM) Awards from the New Jersey Builders Association at the 37th annual Atlantic Builders Convention.
Each year, the SAM Awards recognize New Jersey’s most creative and successful sales and marketing professionals as well as exemplary projects and initiatives. This year marks the fourth time that Larken Associates has been honored at the SAM Awards.
Laken Associates won Best E-Brochure and Best E-Blast for The Ridge at Readington, its 254-unit luxury rental multifamily community in Whitehouse Station, New Jersey. Additionally, Larken Associates’ Executive Vice President of Marketing Melissa Nascimento was named Leasing Marketing Director of the Year (Rental Communities) for the second consecutive year.
