Larken Associates Begins Construction of Newest Multifamily Community in Forks Township, PA
Trailside Village is the firm’s largest multifamily development to date
Larken Associates, a regional leader in real estate building, development and management, has begun construction of Trailside Village, a 21-building, 420-unit luxury multifamily community in Forks Township, PA. The firm plans to welcome the first residents to the community in 2026.
Situated on 37 acres along Sullivan Trail in Forks Township, Trailside Village will offer one and two-bedroom units across 12 garden apartment buildings, seven garage buildings and two mixed-use buildings with 26,795 square feet of retail space. The community will be Larken Associates’ largest multifamily development to date and grow the Larken Living portfolio to approximately 2,800 units across New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Trailside Village will provide residents with a wealth of community amenities. Additional amenities include a covered pavilion with a lounge, fireplace and TVs; barbeque grilling stations; a fire pit; a tot lot with sensory-sensitive playground equipment; a bark park with separate areas for large and small dogs; walking and biking trails; and EV charging stations. The community will also boast an on-site property management team and professionally landscaped grounds.
The start of construction at Trailside Village exemplifies the recent growth of the firm’s Larken Living residential portfolio.
