Larken Associates Celebrates Ribbon Cutting for Luxury Multifamily Rental Community in Bordentown, NJ

Executives from Larken Associates, a regional leader in commercial and residential real estate building, development and management, were joined by Bordentown Township Mayor Steve Benowitz and township officials yesterday to celebrate the ribbon cutting for The Reserve at Crosswicks, a 272-unit luxury multifamily rental community located at 8000 Bowery Lane in Bordentown, NJ.

The latest addition to Larken Associates’ rapidly growing Larken Living portfolio, The Reserve at Crosswicks features three four-story elevator buildings consisting of one and two-bedroom apartments for rent, along with four three-story garden apartment buildings comprised of one and two-bedrooms and a community club house.

Designed to provide residents with an unmatched luxury living experience, each residence features gourmet kitchens, in-unit laundry, luxury vinyl plank flooring, quartz kitchen and bathroom countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. For additional storage and added convenience, the community also includes nine buildings around the perimeter of the community with private garages.

The Reserve at Crosswicks is the latest residential property to join the firm’s rapidly growing Larken Living portfolio.
