Larken Associates was pleased to host 2022’s first Regional Advisory Council meeting of the Pennsylvania Apartment Association (PAA) on Tuesday, March 8 at The Pinnacle @ 65, a ten-story, 102,000-square-foot mixed-use residential and commercial building located at 65 East Elizabeth Avenue in Bethlehem, PA. The meeting host was Larken Associate’s residential Multi-Site Property Manager Michaelina Mezzina, who is a board member on the PAA’s Regional Advisory Council (RAC).
The Regional Advisory Councils are the face of PAA in their local regions, helping to direct the activities of PAA while giving voice to the specific regional needs and challenges directly to the statewide PAA Board of Directors. RACs also plan and execute a variety of events throughout the region related to education, legal and legislative affairs, best practices and networking. In addition, the RACs provide multifamily property owners and their employees with vital information and industry-specific news and intelligence through liaisons with the statewide PAA Board of Directors.
