After retiring from my 30 year career in Property Management, I knew what to look for when choosing an apartment community. The management and maintenance teams are top notch! The community amenities are comparable to high-end communities. I’m proud to take friends for a tour. And the rent was the best deal I found.
And my apartment is everything I need and want. The open concept is great for entertaining with the large island and stainless appliances. Two-bedrooms with two full baths make for perfect accommodations for overnight company. I've lived here for several years. The community is wonderful (I get to meet a lot of adorable dogs on my daily walks), it's quiet, the pool/gym/clubhouse in general are fantastic, and maintenance has always been incredibly responsive and friendly. :) A great place for my little family!
We loved living here. We lived in our apartment for about 3 years. The staff and maintenance crew were so amazing. Anytime we had a maintenance request, the crew was usually there same day. Most other rental communities that’s unheard of. The community management staff are the nicest people. They’re super responsive and remembered our cat's name and always asked about him. The community really is friendly and well maintained. If you’re looking for a place to live in York, PA - look no further.
I love my home here. It's very nice to live in a pretty area and I don't pay a fortune for my apartment. The neighbors have been nice and I love that my dogs have a dog park and other dogs to play with. The property manager is very friendly, and I haven't had any issues with my home.
I have a fractured foot and my smoke alarm battery was needing changed and my poor dogs were scared from the constant beep. I used the on-call maintenance service and they were out right away! I also renewed my lease again because of the staff, I always know I can depend on a safe place to live here and they are outstanding! Thank you to all three of these dependable and courteous employees here at The View at Mackenzi!
I lived here for several years and it was a great community. The staff is extremely helpful and quick to respond. The only reason that I recently moved out was because we purchased a home. The move out process was easy and there were no crazy charges. I recommend The View at Mackenzi if you are looking for an apartment community.
