I absolutely love living here. Moving here was the best decision I could have made. It is a quiet and clean community and that was my #1 concern. I have 2 cats and they love looking out the giant windows and watching the cars and the dogs in the dog park. Parking is plentiful, I have never had an issue. Maintenance is QUICK. My neighbors are super friendly, welcoming and helpful. I love how spacious the kitchen is and the washer and dryer is a great bonus. The bedroom is huge compared to so many other complexes I looked at. I have a king size bed and still have plenty of space for all my other furniture. The walk in closet is a necessity for me. I couldn't live with out one!
This apartment complex is a godsend. From the horribly maintained and poorly managed complex I moved from, to the enjoyable, well maintained, and glorious experience I currently have at River Run Apartments, I couldn’t ask for a better place to live. The staff is reliable, friendly and efficient, and I couldn’t be happier here.
The complex is clean and beautiful. The staff is wonderful, and the maintenance staff is excellent. I would highly recommend living here.
I recently moved into a newly renovated apartment. The community is friendly, nice, safe, clean and quiet. The maintenance staff is very helpful and professional.
