Larken Associates Caps 2025 with Over One Million Square Feet of Commercial Leasing Activity

441 Transactions Drive Commercial Leasing and Retention Success
Under the leadership of Executive Vice Presidents Victor Kelly and Rob Marek, in 2025, the firm completed a total of 441 leasing transactions comprising 1,003,346 square feet across its office, retail, medical office and industrial/flex properties. The transactions included 116 new leases totaling 262,559 square feet and 325 renewals totaling 740,787 square feet, driving a portfolio-wide occupancy rate of 94% and a tenant retention rate of 95.30% at year’s end.
Strategic Industrial Development Expands Warehouse Space Options in Flemington, NJ
Complementing its strong 2025 leasing activity, Larken Associates also started construction of Flemington Junction Business Center III, a two-building, 70,637-square-foot shallow-bay industrial/flex warehouse complex in Flemington, New Jersey. The project further expands the firm’s Flemington industrial portfolio, which includes adjacent properties Flemington Junction Business Center and Flemington Junction Business Center II. Upon completion, the three properties will combine for a total of 270,000 square feet and represent 25% of the firm’s industrial development over the past five years.
