Larken Associates Executive Vice President Melissa Nascimento – A Top Leader in the Real Estate Sector – Named to Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey’s Enterprising Women in Commerce List for Second Time
Larken Associates, a regional leader in real estate building, development and management, is proud to announce that Melissa Nascimento, Executive Vice President of Marketing, was honored at the Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey’s (CIANJ) 2025 Enterprising Women in Commerce awards ceremony held on August 13 at Glen Ridge Country Club in Glen Ridge, New Jersey. This marks the second time in the past four years that Nascimento has earned the recognition.
Each year, the Enterprising Women in Commerce Awards recognize women from New Jersey’s business community who are leaving their mark in their chosen field while inspiring and encouraging others.
Nascimento has led Larken Associates’ marketing strategy and operations for over two decades. She was recognized by CIANJ for her success building the firm’s brand identity and driving leasing across its approximately four-million-square-foot commercial real estate portfolio, and Larken Living residential portfolio, which has grown by 40% and more than 1,100 units over the past five years.
