Meet Jessica Heckman, ARM, CPM, Executive Vice President of Multifamily Operations at Larken Associates! With 19 years at Larken, Jessica has grown alongside the company, beginning her career as an Administrative Assistant before advancing into roles including Commercial Property Manager, Senior Property Manager and Director of Residential Asset Management.
Working in many of the roles she now oversees has given Jessica a unique perspective on leadership. Her journey has taught her that credibility doesn’t come from a title, but from knowing the work, understanding the challenges and being there to support your team.
