Named to the list for the second consecutive time, Gardner was recognized for his leadership in managing Larken Associates’ significant growth over his tenure at the helm of the second-generation real estate company. Under Gardner’s leadership, the firm’s far-reaching portfolio has grown to encompass more than three million square feet of office, industrial, retail and mixed-use space home to over 900 tenants. In addition, Gardner has shepherded the growth of Larken Associates’ Larken Living residential portfolio to now encompass over 2,600 owned and managed residential rental units across 23 unique communities.
Deeply involved with all facets of Larken Associates’ work, Gardner’s formidable leadership presence has ensured the firm’s properties can be places where businesses and families alike can flourish.
