Larken Associates, a regional leader in commercial real estate and residential building, development and management, announces it has broken ground on The Reserve at Crosswicks, a luxury multifamily development, located at 8000 Bowery Lane in Bordentown, NJ. Targeted for a summer 2021 completion, the project will bring 272 market rate and affordable apartments providing a modern, amenity-rich living experience in one of Burlington County’s most exciting leasing communities.
With a prime location along Route 206 and nearby the state’s capital, The Reserve at Crosswicks will offer easy accessibility to major thoroughfares including Interstate 295 and the New Jersey Turnpike. Made up of seven multi-family buildings in total, The Reserve at Crosswicks will feature three four-story residential buildings consisting of one and two-bedroom elevatored apartments for rent and four three-story buildings comprised of one and two-bedroom garden villas.
The one and two-bedroom pet friendly apartments will feature gourmet kitchens, in-unit laundry, luxury vinyl plank flooring, quartz kitchen and bathroom countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. For additional storage and added convenience, the development will also include nine buildings around the perimeter of the community housing private garages.
Further enhancing the residential community, on-site amenities will include a clubhouse featuring a business center, game room, lounge, pet salon, fully equipped fitness center and a secure mailroom with a package concierge. Additionally, The Reserve at Crosswicks will also offer a variety of outdoor amenities including a playground, dog park and an outdoor heated pool and spa.
