We celebrated another incredible year at Larken Associates! Our annual company holiday party at The Bradford Rooftop was a night filled with great food and drinks, scenic rooftop views and endless fun as we celebrated our amazing associates and honored our Star Award recipients for their exceptional achievements and contributions.

We wished a happy 60th birthday to our President/CEO David Gardner! We surprised him with a Grateful Dead-themed party with tie-dye shirts, delicious food and lots of laughs. Thanks to all who helped us pull it off!

Each year, we celebrate Thanksgiving together with a potluck lunch at our corporate office in Branchburg, NJ and our Bethlehem and York, PA locations. Our team brings in appetizers, entrees, and desserts to share with one another. It's a great chance to get to know each other better —and try some new recipes.

Our Larken Living multifamily community The Meadows at Lehigh in Bethlehem, PA received three awards at the Pennsylvania Apartment Association's Keystone Awards! We are incredibly proud of our on-site team for all of their hard work to make The Meadows at Lehigh an award-winning community our residents love to call home.

The sun was shining, the laughter was contagious, and our team had a blast at third annual Larken Summer Company Picnic! We came together to enjoy a day filled with delicious food, great music, exciting games and fabulous prizes. Larken Associates won seven awards at the MetroBCA's 39th Annual Awards of Excellence for our mixed-use Larken Living community Hillsborough Village Center! We're proud to have won Best Community Sales Presentation, Best Direct Mail Piece - New Media/Electronic, Best Builder Website for a Community, Best Builder Sales Office and Best Builder Signage for a Community. Congratulations to our Creative/Marketing Director Melissa Nascimento and Lease-Up Manager Susan Livingstone who were honored to accept awards for Marketing Executive of the Year and Leasing Consultant of the Year.

Our Design and Construction Project Manager Jillian and Creative/Marketing Director Melissa Nascimento were honored to accept the awards for our Larken Living residential community Autumn Ridge at Lopatcong, including Community of the Year, Best Rental Community Under $2,500 per Month, Best Community Clubhouse, Best Signage for a Community and more!

We introduced a new incentive for our team - The Star Awards Program. These special awards are given to those who take initiative, going above and beyond their job responsibilities. Each recipient is nominated by their peers and voted on by our special Star Award Committee. We're proud to recognize their outstanding achievements and contributions to our company!

During Women In Construction Week, we officially became a member of the National Association of Women in Construction! With so many women on our team, we're especially proud to be a member of this association that advocates for the value and impact of women builders, professionals and tradeswomen in all aspects of the construction industry.

Our team came together to honor Lindsey and Alesha, part of our Residential Account team, as brides-to-be and celebrate their upcoming nuptials! We wish them all the best as they exchange their vows!

We partied the night away in true Larken style at our casino themed Annual Holiday Party! Our team tried their luck at the tables, enjoyed a buffet dinner and spent a fun night on the dance floor.

The competition was fierce during our Biggest Loser Office Challenge! Our team competed to win an awesome prize and live a healthier lifestyle. Congrats to our winners Tom, Jessica and Nicole!

Our Annual Holiday Office Decorating Competition is always a big hit! It's great to have such an amazingly creative team.

One of our favorite holiday traditions here at Larken Associates is Secret Santa. Our team exchanges great gifts and brings good cheer to our office!

We loved having our extended Larken family here for Take Your Child to Work Day! Thank you to all of the little helpers who came to visit us.

It got a little spooky at our corporate office for Halloween! Our team really knows how to get into the spirit of the season with their great decor.

We celebrated National Chili Day in the most delicious way - with a chili cook-off at our corporate office! We blind taste-tested our team's delicious secret recipes and cast our vote for our favorite. Congratulations to Nicole, who won with her Cincinnati-style chili served over spaghetti!

Our team went out to the ball game at our First Annual Company Baseball Outing to cheer on the Lehigh Valley IronPigs! We may have struck out due to rain, but we'll hopefully get home run weather next year.

It's our favorite day of the year at our office when we get to enjoy a great meal together for our Annual Thanksgiving Feast! Everyone brings in something special to share, and we love tasting all of their dishes every year.
