We celebrated 60 years of success at Larken Associates during our annual company holiday party! It was a night filled with delicious food, holiday spirits, live music, and endless laughter as we celebrated our amazing associates.
Each year, we celebrate Thanksgiving together with a potluck lunch at our corporate office in Branchburg, NJ and our Bethlehem and York, PA locations. Our team brings in appetizers, entrees, and desserts to share with one another. It's a great chance to catch up and try some new recipes!

We celebrated a successful evening at the 2025 Metropolitan Builders and Contractors Association of New Jersey Awards of Excellence! We received top honors across eight categories for The Ridge at Readington and won the Give Back Award for the second consecutive year for our continued support of From Houses to Homes, an organization providing indigenous Guatemalan families with sustainable housing, education, and healthcare.
Our corporate office was filled with extra laughter and creativity as we welcomed the next generation of builders for Take Your Child To Work Day! From exploring our workplace to building their very own birdhouses, it was a day of fun, learning, and inspiration. At Larken Associates, we’re proud to build not just great properties, but memories, too.

Our team recently threw a construction-themed baby shower for our Assistant Project Manager, Jessica, complete with themed treats, fun decorations, and lots of laughs. Thanks to our hardworking team, our Larken Living residential communities took home multiple First Place and Trilogy awards at the 2024 Keystone Awards by the Pennsylvania Apartment Association! We were incredibly proud to be recognized for outstanding leasing, maintenance and overall quality.
Two of our favorite office mascots, Huck and Sophie, have been promoted to Big Brother and Big Sister! Congratulations to Christine, our Commercial Leasing Assistant, and Jodi, our Human Resources Generalist, who are both expecting new bundles of joy.
