Larken Associates Acquires 137,404-Square-Foot Commercial Industrial Complex in Harrisburg, PA Metro Area
Larken Associates, a regional leader in real estate building, development and management, announces the acquisition of Fairview Industrial Park, a three-building, 137,404-square-foot industrial complex located at 621-641 Lowther Road in Lewisberry, PA. Gerry Blinebury and Brendan McGeary of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller and Larken Associates was represented by Raider Realty, its in-house brokerage division, in the transaction.
Fairview Industrial Park is located off Interstate 83 in the Harrisburg Trade Area. In addition to easy access to Interstate 83, the building also boasts superior connectivity to Interstates 76, 78 and 81 and several regional transportation routes placing 40 percent of the US population and 60 percent of the Canadian population within a one-day truck drive.

All three buildings also boast 18’ clear ceilings and private tenant entrances. 631-641 Lowther Road is the largest of the buildings standing at 61,714 square feet with eight dock doors and three drive-ins. Spanning 58,890 square feet, 629 Lowther Road includes five dock doors and two drive-ins with one 16,000-square-foot space currently available for lease. 621 Lowther Road is the smallest of the three buildings at 16,800 square feet with one dock door and five drive-ins.
