Larken Associates announces it has negotiated a 4,109-square-foot commercial lease renewal with Benchmark Human Services at Branchburg Commons located at 3322 Route 22 West in Branchburg, NJ.
Benchmark Human Services moved to Branchburg Commons in 2018 to better serve the surrounding communities in the areas of intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and behavioral health. Founded in 1960 and headquartered in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Benchmark Human Services has grown to become one of the most respected organizations in the country providing more than 10,000 children and adults nationwide with residential, employment, crisis response, behavioral, recovery, children’s services, and day services.
