Situated at the heavily traveled intersection of West Tilghman Street, Broadway Road and Centronia Road in South Whitehall, Pa., Tilghman Square is a 35.75-acre commercial shopping center offering approximately 248,533 square feet of retail, medical, office and turn key restaurant space for lease. In addition to long-term tenant Grocery Outlet, anchor tenants also include New Vision Theaters, Dollar Tree and Staples.

Located near a rapidly growing, affluent residential community, the shopping center offers easy accessibility from Routes 22 and 309 and Interstates 78 and 476. With a population of over 175,000 within a five-mile radius and an average traffic count of approximately 32,000 vehicles travelling by the center daily, the property’s strategic, high-traffic and high-visibility location is a prime destination for a range of tenants.
