Larken Associates, a regional leader in commercial real estate and residential building, development and management, announces it has broken ground on Hillsborough Village Center, a mixed-use project comprised of 191 luxury market rate and affordable pet friendly apartments with approximately 28,000 square feet of storefront retail space, located at 650 US Highway 206 in Hillsborough, NJ. Slated for occupancy in mid-2021, the project will create an in-demand community retail and residential hub in the heart of Hillsborough’s business district.
