Larken Associates Completes Extensive Renovations at Branchburg Centre Office Building in Somerset County, NJ
Branchburg Centre looks almost unrecognizable after our tremendous renovations! We incorporated modern design elements to give the 90,000 sf (+/-) two-story Class B office building a fresh and contemporary look. Distinctive features of the extensive renovation included LED circular pendant lights, contemporary glass walls throughout, an updated lobby and a café with a main eating area and separate lounge. We installed new carpeting, paint, wallpaper and flooring, as well as a new recessed ceiling and modern wood tile accent wall in the main conference room. Restrooms throughout the building were also updated.
We added new, custom interior and exterior signage including a new monument sign. Exterior renovations included a new front canopy glass vestibule on the east side. We hope our tenants love the new space!
