Larken Associates Moves Headquarters to Branchburg to Accomodate Increased Staff and Services

The developer recently moved into approximately 11,000 square feet at its Campus View Plaza office complex at 1250 Route 28, Branchburg, NJ in order to house its entire staff in one building. This includes Core Enterprises, its new real estate services division, providing expertise in commercial construction including project development, design, advisory services, property management and maintenance solutions, and Tightline Equities, the developer’s investment and asset management subsidiary.

“This was the right time for us to consolidate our staff to facilitate team work, and be closer to the Lehigh Valley and Warren County where we are very active,” said David Gardner, President and CEO of Larken Associates. “It’s exciting to see that we’ve grown enough to require almost double our original office space in Hillsborough.”
