Larken Associates Acquires 35,000 Square Foot Amwell Mall in Hillsborough

Larken Associates, owner and manager of more than 800,000 square feet of flex/warehouse, self-storage, retail, medical and office space in Hillsborough, has acquired Amwell Mall, a 35,000 square foot mixed use commercial development at 450 Amwell Road.

The property consists of retail on the ground level with medical and professional office suites on the second floor with elevator accessibility.

Larken will begin a full renovation immediately that includes new landscaping and paving throughout the property, exterior façade renovations, and interior improvements including new signage for all tenants, and new décor in common hallways, entryways, and bathrooms. Additionally all vacant office suites will be fully renovated.
