Larken Associates’ Echo Plaza Shopping Center at 901 Mountain Ave. in Springfield, N.J. is now fully occupied after Yo-Delight Frozen Yogurt recently signed a five-year lease for 1,875 square feet. The popular dessert spot joins the mall’s anchor, NoBody Denied Fitness, as well as Outback Steakhouse, Sherwin Williams and Stew Leonard’s Wines & Spirits.

“Echo Plaza had everything we needed: the space, the location and the already-existing customer base that our fellow tenants would bring in,” said Ed Campbell, co-owner of Yo-Delight Yogurt. “The pleasant surprise was how easy Larken staff were to work with from the first time we saw the site to the time we moved in.”

Yo-Delight and other tenants enjoy a steady stream of customers, both from the adjacent Echo Executive Plaza and automobile traffic from Route 22, the most heavily driven retail corridor in Northern NJ. The shopping plaza contains 14 units ranging in size from 1,500 to 24,756 sq. ft. and the Echo Executive Plaza is a 41,181 sq. ft. office building.
