Larken Associates is proud to welcome several new tenants to Tilghman Square Shopping Center at the start of the new year. VR3 Virtual Realty Gaming Center signed a lease for more than 3,000 sf (+/-) in 2017 and moved into the space just weeks ago. Young Chefs Academy is slated for a second quarter move this year. Larken Associates has also wrapped up construction on an additional outparcel at Tilghman Square Shopping Center, adding 4,000 sf (+/-) of retail space for rent to the complex and three additional tenants in late 2017.
The power shopping center in South Whitehall, PA provides a first-rate shopping experience for lessees and consumers. Tilghman Square has undergone several expansion and renovation projects since Larken Associates acquired the property in 2009. Cosmetic upgrades and refinished curb appeal set the tone for a successful series of outparcel expansions, the first for Univest Bank in 2013. Moe’s Southwest Grill and Jamba Juice were added to the complex in 2015, and the original Wendy’s pad site, a 3,284 sf (+/-) outparcel, underwent a complete renovation last year. The most recent outparcel expansion increases Tilghman Square’s overall square footage to 249,000 sf (+/-). The pre-leased building was filled in December by tenants T-Mobile, All American Hearing and Lehigh Valley’s first Duck Donuts.
