Larken Associates Acquires Professional Office Space Now for Lease in Branchburg, NJ

Larken Associates, a leading commercial real estate management firm, acquires another value-add property conveniently located between New York and Philadelphia. Branchburg Centre is two-story Class B+ office space with six active tenants. The building located at 3040 Route 22 West adds another 90,000 square feet of professional office space to Larken Associates’ family of commercial buildings and shopping centers.

Parking lots will also be restriped with the addition of a sealcoat for long lasting results. Branchburg Centre now offers tenants 477 parking spots, a café, fitness center and spacious conference room for meetings.

The Route 22 submarket is a critical hot spot for business in Somerset County. It features 31 complexes including companies like Qualcomm, Met Life and Ortho Pharmaceuticals. It is nearly five million square feet of professional space and is easily accessible from US Highway 202 and Interstates 78 and 287. Branchburg Centre is located less than five miles from the 900,000 square foot Bridgewater Commons Mall and less than two miles from Raritan Valley Community College. There is roughly 22,000 square feet of office space available for lease inside Branchburg Centre with potential for medical space.
