Stop & Shop Farmers Market signed a 10-year lease for 6,000 square feet at the mall that attracts customers coming to work out at Planet Fitness, get odds and ends at the Family Dollar or get a quick bite to eat at El Greco’s Pizza II, Philly Pretzel Factory, Popeyes, or 7-Eleven, among the retailers and services at the 70,612 square foot shopping center.
Additionally, Achievement House Charter School and Luvs & Hugs Learning Center both signed three-year leases for 2,428 square feet and 2,217square feet respectively, and Mariner Finance signed a five-year lease for 1,886 square feet of office/retail space.
