Located five miles north of downtown Allentown, Horizons at the Village at Whitehall is a four-building active adult community featuring a mix of two- and three-bedroom luxury apartments for rent. Executed by Core Enterprises, Larken Associates' in-house construction division, Phase I of the project brought sweeping upgrades to Building 1, from the community clubhouse and fitness center to shared amenity spaces including the game room, library and meeting room. Additional updates throughout Building 1 included new paint, carpeting, flooring, lighting, signage, and refreshed artwork and furniture.
