Larken Associates, a leading full-service commercial and residential real estate firm, announces two leases totaling 7,215 square feet at Hillsborough Business Center, located on Stryker Lane in Hillsborough, New Jersey, bringing the property to full occupancy.
The real estate transactions include a 6,120-square-foot expansion with Pezz Electrical Services, LLC, and a 1,095-square-foot new lease with Navaranjitha Performing Arts Center.

Pezz Electrical Services, a full-service electrical and HVAC contractor, expanded from 3,750 square feet to 6,120 square feet to accommodate its growing operations in central New Jersey. The additional space will support warehouse space and office functions. Marc Shein of NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. represented the tenant in the transaction.
Navaranjitha Performing Arts Center, a traditional Indian dance studio, signed a 1,095-square-foot lease for instructional and rehearsal space. Victor Kelly, Executive Vice President of Larken Associates' Commercial Division, represented the landlord in both transactions.
