Meet Carlos Rodriguez, who has been a vital part of our team for over 20 years! As a Commercial Maintenance Technician, Carlos plays an essential role at Larken Associates. Each morning, he’s the first to arrive at his assigned properties, checking for any issues that may have occurred overnight. Throughout the day, he completes work orders and inspections across his portfolio, handling a wide range of tasks including roofing repairs, minor electrical and plumbing work, carpentry, and masonry.
Carlos is often the first point of contact for tenants when they submit a work order. He assesses the situation to determine whether it can be resolved in-house or requires an outside vendor. Regardless of the issue, Carlos remains calm and professional, reassuring tenants and addressing concerns with confidence.
