Larken Associates' annual company picnic was extra special this year as we marked our 60th anniversary and reflected on our incredible journey that brought us here.

Held at the scenic Born to Run Farm in Glen Gardner, NJ, we came together with our incredible team, colleagues, contractors, and vendors who have played a key role in our growth and success. From food trucks and cocktails to live music, lawn games, and unforgettable views, it was a day filled with fun, laughter, and connection. We also proudly recognized our Star and Excellence Award winners — our employees who have gone above and beyond in their roles.
