Larken Associates Elevates Jamie Kerr to Director of Commercial Asset Management to Oversee Operations of Firm’s Commercial Real Estate Portfolio
Larken Associates, a regional leader in real estate building, development and management, promotes Jamie Kerr, ACoM, to Director of Commercial Asset Management.
Since joining Larken Associates in 2020, Kerr has emerged as a key leader within the firm’s commercial real estate division, advancing through roles as Commercial Property Manager and Commercial Asset Manager. Committed to advancing her expertise, Kerr has earned the Accredited Commercial Manager (ACoM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management and is currently pursuing her Certified Property Manager (CPM) credential.
As Director of Commercial Asset Management, Kerr will oversee the day-to-day operations of Larken Associates’ four million-square-foot commercial portfolio, working closely with Chief Investment Officer David Eickmeyer and the executive leadership team to maximize asset performance and streamline interdepartmental efficiencies.
