Larken Associates Closes 2024 with over 870,000 Square Feet of Commercial Space Leased Across Office, Retail, Medical and Industrial/Flex Properties
Larken Associates, a regional leader in real estate building, development and management, is proud to celebrate another successful year across its nearly four million-square-foot commercial real estate portfolio spanning New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Under the leadership of Executive Vice Presidents Victor Kelly and Rob Marek, in 2024, the firm signed 406 leases comprising 871,828 square feet across its office, retail, medical office and industrial/flex properties. The transactions include 117 new leases and 289 renewals across the firm’s portfolio, resulting in a total occupancy rate of 91.5% and a tenant retention rate of 93.6% at year’s-end.

Complementing its 2024 commercial leasing success, Larken Associates also broke ground on Flemington Junction Business Center II, a 50,000-square-foot warehouse located just off Route 31 in Flemington, New Jersey. The property, slated for occupancy in Spring 2025, is adjacent to Flemington Junction Business Center, a four-building, 150,000-square-foot warehouse complex that reached full occupancy in 2024.
