Larken Associates Celebrates Another Successful Year Across Residential Portfolio
Larken Associates, a regional leader in real estate building, development and management, is proud to celebrate a successful 2024 across its Larken Living residential portfolio which consists of approximately 3,000 apartment and townhome rentals across New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
In 2024, Larken Associates signed 515 new leases, comprising 22% of the overall units across its 20 communities, and an 83% renewal rate. Building on this success, the firm begins 2025 with a 97% portfolio-wide occupancy rate.
Larken Associates’ leasing success in 2024 was powered by its collaborative asset management approach and continued adoption of the latest real estate technologies. Leveraging innovative AI-powered products and its experienced on-site leasing teams, the firm engaged prospective residents, inviting them to learn more about available residences and complete the leasing process virtually.

Beyond the firm’s 2024 leasing success, Larken Associates also broke ground on its largest and most ambitious residential development project to date – Trailside Village, a 21-building, 420-unit luxury multifamily community in Forks Township, Pennsylvania scheduled for completion in 2026. Additionally, the firm is nearing completion of Monte View at Pohatcong, its 120-unit luxury multifamily community in Warren County, New Jersey that is over 50% leased and slated for completion in the spring of 2025.
