Larken Associates Welcomes Dance School to Echo Plaza Shopping Center in Springfield, NJ
Larken Associates, a regional leader in real estate building, development and management, announces it has signed a 2,750-square-foot retail lease at Echo Plaza Shopping Center located at 901 Mountain Avenue in Springfield, NJ Brounell & Kramer Realtors represented Larken Associates and Coldwell Banker represented the tenant, Momentum Dance Academy (MDA), in the transaction.
MDA is a dance school that provides its students with the opportunity to express their passion for the art and develop their skills as performers. The academy offers classes for a variety of genres including ballet, tap, lyrical, pointe, modern, and hip hop taught by an experienced staff of instructors. In addition to two meticulously designed studios, MDA’s space features a lounge with convenient storage, dining and homework/study areas.
I fell in love with dance when I was eight years old and have had the privilege of teaching students for more than 20 years. I am thrilled to have my studio at Echo Plaza Shopping Center and be able to share my passion for dance with the residents of Springfield and its surrounding communities.
