First Commonwealth Federal Credit Union to Construct New Financial Center at Larken Associates’ Lehighton Retail Property
ShareLarken Associates, a regional leader in real estate building, development and management, announces it has signed a 21,200-square-foot land lease with First Commonwealth Federal Credit Union (First Commonwealth) at Carbon Plaza located at 1241 Blakeslee Boulevard Drive East in Lehighton, PA. First Commonwealth, a current tenant at Carbon Plaza, will construct a 2,600-square-foot financial center and move to the new space upon completion in Q2 2025.
Larken Associates was represented by Victor Kelly, Executive Vice President of Raider Realty, the firm’s in-house brokerage division, and First Commonwealth was represented by Derek Zerfass, Senior Vice President of Colliers, in the transaction.
