Larken Associates, a regional leader in real estate building, development and management, announces it has negotiated a 1,097-square-foot retail lease with Edward Jones at The Village at Hawk Pointe located at 5 Clubhouse Drive in Washington, NJ. The shopping center is also conveniently accessible via Interstates 78 and 80.

T-Mobile, a leading telecommunications company, has also recently signed a new lease at The Village at Hawk Pointe and will soon occupy 2,135 square feet of retail space.

Two retail spaces are available for lease with immediate occupancy at The Village at Hawk Pointe, one for 1,276 square feet and one for 3,907 square feet. A 2,140-square-foot office space is also available for rent.
