Larken Associates’ Commercial Leasing Agent Susan Livingstone-Martinetti Earns New Jersey Real Estate Broker’s License
Larken Associates, a regional leader in real estate building, development and management, is proud to announce Commercial Leasing Agent Susan Livingstone-Martinetti has earned her New Jersey Real Estate Broker’s License.
For more than two decades, Livingstone-Martinetti has been an invaluable asset across the firm’s expansive residential rental and commercial real estate portfolios. Since her promotion to Commercial Leasing Agent in July 2023, Livingstone-Martinetti has worked closely with Executive Vice Presidents Rob Marek and Victor Kelly of Raider Realty, the in-house brokerage of Larken Associates, to oversee leasing activity across its nearly four million square feet of commercial space, including The Shoppes at Woods Tavern, Gateway Building, Larken Mini Office Warehouse, The Offices at Fairless Hills Towne Center, The Offices at Woods Tavern, Suite Life at Amwell Commons, Suite Life at Amwell Mall, and Suite Life at Branchburg Commons.
Throughout my career, I’ve embraced opportunities to face new challenges and round out my skill set as a real estate professional. Prior to her work as Commercial Leasing Agent, Livingstone-Martinetti played a key role on the company’s residential leasing team, serving as the Residential Lease-Up Manager for new construction projects in New Jersey, including The Reserve at Crosswicks, a 272-unit luxury multifamily rental community in Bordentown, NJ; Autumn Ridge, a 198-unit multifamily community in Lopatcong, NJ; The Ridge at Readington, a 254-unit luxury multifamily community in Whitehouse Station, NJ and Hillsborough Village Center, a 191-unit mixed-use community featuring luxury one and two-bedroom apartments for rent in Hillsborough, NJ.
As a result of her continued success, the Metropolitan Builders and Contractors Association named Livingstone-Martinetti Leasing Consultant of the Year in 2022 and 2023, recognizing her high volume of closed leases, exceptional professionalism and ability to overcome challenges.
During her tenure, Livingstone-Martinetti has also overseen residential sales at Belview Estates, an exclusive 35-home community in Lopatcong, NJ; Sugar House Lofts, a 65-unit luxury multifamily community in Jersey City, NJ; Warren Heights, a 414-unit multifamily community in Lopatcong; Delaware Crossing, a luxury 55-and-over active adult community in Lopatcong and The Village at Maidencreek, a 110-townhome 55-and-over active adult community in Blandon, PA.
