Larken Associates Celebrates Director of Residential Asset Management Jessica Heckman’s 15th Anniversary
Larken Associates, a regional leader in real estate building, development and management, is thrilled to congratulate Director of Residential Asset Management Jessica Heckman, ARM, CPM, on her 15th anniversary with the real estate firm.
Heckman joined Larken Associates as an Assistant to COO Lenny Tartamella in 2008. Since that time, Heckman’s drive and work ethic have earned her a spot as a valued member of the company’s leadership team. Throughout her journey, Heckman has served in every role that she now oversees, ranging from Construction Assistant, Property Manager and Senior Property Manager.
Heckman’s work has been critical in the firm’s growth into one of New Jersey and Pennsylvania's premier multifamily developers and managers. In the last 15 years, she has helped the firm lease-up over 1,000 brand-new apartments and plays an integral role in execution of its current 1,500-plus unit development pipeline.
Heckman has also led Larken Associates’ implementation of uniform asset management processes and procedures across its approximately 2,500-unit residential leasing portfolio. In addition, Heckman has worked closely with the company’s Creative/Marketing Director Melissa Nascimento to adopt and implement the latest real estate technologies to increase efficiency and transparency across the marketing, operations and property management teams. Furthermore, her integration of emerging technologies like artificial intelligence and online chatbots has not only been proven effective in generating leads, but has also established the firm on the forefront of New Jersey’s competitive residential real estate landscape.
