Larken Associates Welcomes Gale O’Brien as Regional Property Manager for Multifamily Rental Portfolio
Larken Associates, a regional leader in real estate building, development and management, announces it has hired Gale O’Brien as Regional Property Manager. O’Brien will be tasked with overseeing five of Larken Associates’ Larken Living multifamily rental communities spanning 490 apartments across Bethlehem, PA and nearby communities.
O’Brien will play an integral role in leading the firm’s property management team at The Pinnacle @ 65, River Run Apartments, Waters Edge Apartments, Horizons at the Village at Whitehall and The Hills at Lehigh. Her primary responsibilities will include tenant relations, reporting property financial performance, ensuring adherence to state and federal regulations and coordinating with maintenance professionals to resolve tenants’ issues.

O’Brien brings over two decades of real estate management experience to Larken Associates. She began her career in 2003 working as a residential property manager for Manor Communities in York, PA and joins Larken Associates after working for Greenbrae Management Inc. in Greenbrae, CA over the past eight years.
