Larken Associates is currently in the midst of strategic capital improvements at several of the 19 communities that make up its Larken Living portfolio. Additionally, the company also received approvals to construct Monte View at Pohatcong, a 120-unit community scheduled to break ground in 2023 and Trailside Village, a 420-unit community in Forks Township, PA scheduled to break ground in 2024.
