Larken Associates Unveils New Amenities at Fully-Leased Bordentown Luxury Multifamily Rental Community

Welcoming its first residents last year, the fully-leased rental community is scheduled to complete its final residential buildings in August 2023.
The Reserve at Crosswicks is comprised of three four-story buildings consisting of one and two-bedroom elevatored apartments and four three-story buildings containing one and two-bedroom garden villas. Outdoor amenities at The Reserve at Crosswicks are built around its heated outdoor pool with a tanning ledge and spa and also include a covered outdoor pavilion with a lounge, fireplace and televisions, pool rinsing showers, BBQ grilling stations, and a fire pit. Beyond the pool area, the community boasts a tot lot with a sensory-sensitive playground, a bark park with separate areas for small and large dogs, electric charging stations and video security systems across all exterior areas. The Reserve at Crosswicks is also beautifully landscaped and has on-site, professional exterior maintenance.
