Larken Associates, a regional leader in commercial and residential real estate building, development and management, announces it has negotiated a lease renewal for 4,048 square feet of medical office space with Summit Health Management, LLC at Echo Executive Plaza located at 899 Mountain Avenue in Springfield, NJ. Larken Associates was represented by Victor Kelly, Executive Vice President of Raider Realty, the in-house brokerage division of Larken Associates, and Summit Health Management, LLC, was represented Marc Rosenberg of Cushman & Wakefield of New Jersey.
