Larken Associates Celebrates Ribbon Cutting for Whitehouse Station, NJ Luxury Multifamily Rental Community

Executives and employees from Larken Associates, a regional leader in commercial and residential real estate building, development and management, celebrated the ribbon cutting for The Ridge at Readington, a 254-unit, luxury multifamily rental community located at 100 Eagle Crest Way in Whitehouse Station, NJ.

Located in the heart of Hunterdon County, The Ridge at Readington features a mix of 168 one and two-bedroom garden apartments for rent spread across seven buildings and 86 one and two-bedroom residences in two elevatored buildings. Each of the 21 different apartment types includes a modern layout, a gourmet kitchen, in-unit laundry, luxury vinyl plank flooring, quartz kitchen and bathroom countertops, and stainless-steel appliances.

Complementing The Ridge at Readington’s luxury residential options is a resort-style amenity package.
