Larken Associates Strengthens Pennsylvania Multifamily Property Management Team
Larken Associates, a regional leader in real estate building, development and management, announces the hiring of Cindy Geib as a Regional Property Manager for their Pennsylvania multifamily portfolio.
Geib brings nearly 25 years of property management experience to her new role with Larken Associates and will work closely with Jessica Heckman, Director of Residential Asset Management, as the company continues to expand and manage its residential rental portfolio consisting of approximately 2,500 units across 22 unique communities. In her new role, Geib will oversee four residential communities in Larken Associates’ Pennsylvania multifamily portfolio including The Reserve at Wyomissing, a 102-unit multifamily community in Reading, as well as three communities in York, including The Oaks at Copper Chase, a 107-unit luxury multifamily community, The Reserve at Copper Chase, a 132-unit luxury multifamily community and The View at Mackenzi, a 224-unit multifamily community in York, Pa.
Before joining Larken Associates, Geib was employed by HDC MidAtlantic for 12 years, progressing from Office Assistant to Traveling Property Manager and eventually spending six years as Regional Manager from 2016 to 2022. In that role, she was responsible for operational oversight and fiscal responsibility for over 700 units across 14 multifamily properties. Geib also brings experience from her time at Altman Management where she worked as a Leasing Consultant to help prospective residents navigate the apartment rental process within the company’s 200-unit portfolio.
