Larken Associates Bolsters New Jersey Commercial Property Management Team
Larken Associates, a regional leader in real estate building, development and management, announces the hiring of Josh Folco as Commercial Property Manager for their central New Jersey commercial real estate portfolio.
Folco brings over 10 years of commercial real estate experience to his new role with Larken Associates and will work closely with Jamie Kerr, Commercial Asset Manager, as the company continues to expand its commercial real estate portfolio of industrial, office, retail and self-storage properties for lease. In his new role, Folco will oversee 12 unique properties spanning over one million square feet within Larken Associates’ expansive commercial portfolio and build upon the company’s reputation for hands-on management and excellent tenant service.
Before joining Larken Associates, Folco served 10 years as Commercial Property Manager for Panagakos Development, a Massachusetts-based commercial real estate leasing and development firm, where he oversaw a portfolio of 75+ Class A and B commercial properties. Folco also previously served as a Commercial Real Estate Broker with Hackensack, NJ-based Alexander Anderson Real Estate Group.
