Larken Associates, A Regional Commercial Real Estate Leader, Names David Iacobucci as Chief Investment Officer
Larken Associates, a regional leader in real estate building, development and management, announces the hiring of David Iacobucci as Chief Investment Officer.
Iacobucci brings over 30 years of commercial real estate experience to his new role with Larken Associates. Iacobucci will work closely with President and Chief Executive Officer David Gardner and Chief Financial Officer Babette Rutman as the company continues to grow and profitably manage its investment portfolio. In addition, Iacobucci will lead the firm’s work to source new capital and evaluate new investments to bolster its growing portfolio of multifamily, office, industrial and retail properties.
Before joining Larken Associates, Iacobucci served for six years as Senior Investment Officer for Bergman Real Estate Group, a New Jersey-based family-owned real estate firm specializing in the acquisition, ownership, management, leasing and construction supervision of office buildings and commercial properties.
Throughout his career, Iacobucci also served as Senior Vice President of Vision Real Estate Partners, an award-winning New Jersey-based real estate investment, development and asset management company; Managing Director of Woodmont Industrial Partners, one of the region’s leading developers of industrial real estate; Division Manager of The Baker Companies, a Westchester-based premier real estate company; and Vice President of Asset Management of The Schultz Organization, a fully-integrated real estate services company.
